As Riverside County has been reeling from the COVID-19 pandemic, Altura remains committed to the enrichment of the lives of our members and community. Through the Small Business Empowerment Grant, we hope to help you recapture the entrepreneurial drive that moved you to launch out in the first place.
Thank you for your interest in the Altura Small Business Empowerment Grant Program. Submissions will be open to the public starting Friday, August 14th and close on Friday, September 4th.

Proof of Documentation
§ Business License / Sales Tax Certificate / Sellers Permit
§ Proof of Business Insurance
§ Proof of Business Type
§ Prior Years Tax Return (2018 or 2019)
§ Written statement detailing: the type of service your business offers, the origin story of your business, future goals and aspirations, what is unique about your business and what you would do with the funds if your business is selected as a grant recipient.
§ Lastly, all submissions are required to include a 1-3 minute video highlighting why Altura should choose your business to receive a Small Business Empowerment Grant!
