Joshua R. Bonner, IOM
President and Chief Executive Officer
Joshua Bonner has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce since its inception, and in a chamber executive role since 2014. Before transitioning to the nonprofit field, Joshua spent much of his career in advertising and marketing working for global communication companies. He has served on several local nonprofit boards, including the Coachella Valley Economic Partnership, Desert Recreation Foundation and the Desert Advertising Federation. He is also very involved in the national chamber community, serving on the Board of Regents for the US Chamber’s Institute for Organizational Management, the Board of Directors for the Western Association of Chamber Executives, and the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives Metro Cities Council. Joshua was named the Chamber Executive of the Year in 2020 by the Western Association of Chamber Executives. He is married with six children and resides in Indio with his family.
Diana Soto
Vice President, Director of Public Policy
Diana Soto has served the chamber community in many roles, working her way through the ranks from Account Executive, to her current role in Government Affairs. Diana is primarily tasked with working with local city and county government in the Coachella Valley. As a life-long resident and a former small business owner, she is well versed in our Coachella Valley economy.
Rebecca Rizzo
Director of Membership
Rebecca Rizzo is a master communicator. She has lived in Coachella Valley for over 20 years. Rebecca has grown an intense passion for how and why the Coachella Valley works the way it does and is a proud graduate of Leadership Coachella Valley of 2009. Rebecca and her husband have 4 children.
Enda Rodriguez has been in the chamber industry for 18 years. She is a graduate of Indio High School and Leadership Coachella Valley. In her spare time Enda enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Enda is married with three children and three dogs.
Brandon Marley
Director of Communication and Public Outreach
Brandon Marley has been in the communications and marketing industry for nearly a decade. He serves on the Desert Ad Fed board as well as the Community Services Commission in the City of La Quinta. Brandon is married and a father of 3.
Patrick Swarthout
Chief Policy Advisor
Patrick serves as the public policy advisor for the chamber, monitoring Federal and State legislative issues that impact the business community. Patrick had a distinguished career in the public policy arena, working for over 20 years advising and advocating for major public works and utility organizations. Patrick has also been heavily involved with the chamber for many years, serving as a board member, employee and now advisor.
