The City of La Quinta has been developing a vision for the Highway 111 Corridor. This study session will be a discussion of the Highway 111 Corridor Plan and implementation actions. The Plan can be downloaded via the links below.
The Highway 111 Corridor is an important two-mile long commercial hub that serves residents and visitors, generating over 3/4th of the City’s sales tax revenue. Ensuring the Corridor’s economic resilience is essential to the City’s future. The Corridor Plan will set a vision for future development that improves quality of life and reimagines Highway 111 as an iconic place offering a range of memorable experiences.
