Sacramento, California: The Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce legislative team is in Sacramento this week advocating on behalf of our small business community and local membership. The trip is part of the California Chamber of Commerce Annual Capitol Summit. The sold-out half-day summit precedes the Sacramento Host Reception and Host Breakfast on June 1st.
Cal Chamber Breakfast speakers will include Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. and 2017 CalChamber Chair Susan Corrales-Diaz, President and Chief Executive Officer of Systems Integrated. Attendees will hear from political insiders and CalChamber policy advocates who will address national campaigns and state policy issues. The agenda includes a straight talk from CalChamber President and CEO Allan Zaremberg about priority business issues.
The Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce is being represented by Community Development Officer Patrick Swarthout – GCVCC, Legislative Advocacy Committee Chair Paul MacKey – Cabazon Band of Mission Indians, and incoming Legislative Advocacy Committee Chair Julio Figueroa – AT&T.
