DESCRIPTION:Message from Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival: \nThe Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival is ready to staff up in preparation for the Fair’s ten days of fun\, February 16-25\, 2018. \nThrough the assistance of the Riverside County Human Resources Department’s Temporary Assignment Program\, the Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival is now accepting applications for multiple temporary positions under three classifications. \nWe are in search of Custodians and Laborers. These two positions play a key role in keeping the Fairgrounds a fun\, clean and safe place for all the festival-goers to enjoy. The custodian position will pay $11.16 per hour and the laborer is $12.72 per hour. \nAll interested candidates must apply online by visiting the website www.rc-hr.com. If you do not have a Job Gateway Account\, please follow the link and instructions to create one. Once setup\, or if you already have an account\, you may do a job search for “Job Id: 8928 TEMPORARY CUSTODIAN 2018 DATE FESTIVAL” or “Job Id: 9013 TEMPORARY LABORER 2018 DATE FESTIVAL” Then proceed to follow the prompts. DESCRIPTION:Message from Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival: \nThe Annual Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival begins February 16 and runs through February 25\, 2018\, but you can purchase your tickets before opening day and save!\n            Beginning Monday\, February 5th and ending Thursday\, February 15th\, you can purchase your fair tickets at the Fairgrounds Office at a discounted rate.  The Fairgrounds Office is located at 82-503 Hwy 111\, Indio.  The following is a list of dates and times that you may purchase your advanced fair tickets.\n\n            February 5:               10am – 4pm\n            February 6-13:         9am – 4pm\n            February 14 & 15:   9am – 6pm\n\n            Advanced ticket prices are as follows:\n            Adults (13-54 yrs):               $10                 Senior (55+)                                    $9\n            Youth (6-12 yrs):                  $8                    Unlimited Carnival Rides:             $22\n            Season Pass:                        $25\n\nThe Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival is presented by Fantasy Springs Resort Casino\, the desert’s leader in gaming and entertainment.
